A storied Greenwich Village address, reimagined for its next chapter.

Located at 118 West 13th Street in Greenwich Village, The Katharine is an intimate collection of eight full-floor residences with architecture by BKSK and interiors by Nate Berkus.

Originally built in 1910 as a residence for young women, the building offered a rare story. Its transformation needed to honor that independent spirit while introducing a new expression of downtown living—one defined by history, individuality and timeless design.

——

While at VISUALHOUSE as Head of Creative, I led the strategic and creative direction of The Katharine’s brand from initial concept to launch. Built around the positioning “Where Every Home Is a Story,” the brand drew from the property’s past without feeling overly nostalgic. I directed the multidisciplinary team responsible for naming, brand strategy, identity, voice, custom photography and illustration as well as digital experience, working closely with the client, brokerage team and creative partners to maintain a cohesive expression across every touchpoint.
