Transforming a digital presence to match the ambition of the business behind it

Brand Properties is an Atlanta-based real estate developer with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

As the company and its portfolio evolved, its existing website no longer reflected the quality of its work or clearly communicated the breadth of the business. The opportunity was to create a more sophisticated digital presence that could elevate the brand while serving as a practical, long-term platform for continued growth.

While at Visualhouse, I led the team that reimagined the website from the ground up—beginning with its architecture, content hierarchy and user journey before developing a completely new visual and digital system. A streamlined experience made the company’s portfolio easier to navigate and understand, while custom photography and video brought a consistent perspective to projects across different sectors and markets. The result was an intuitive, visually elevated platform that better represented the business behind it and gave Brand Properties a flexible tool for presenting its work as the portfolio continued to evolve.

——

As Head of Creative, I led the project from initial discovery through design and launch.

My role included defining the digital strategy, restructuring the site architecture and directing the website’s visual and user experience. I also oversaw development as well as photography and video production, working with the creative and development teams to create a cohesive experience across content, design and functionality. I led monthly analytics reporting following the launch of the site.
